My mom was super concerned about my weight, thus I came to you Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. Initially, when I started I felt it pretty tough to put up with the diet since I had to do few changes (I was a big time foodie you know that and used to eat lot of wrong foods).

However, with progressing follow ups and motivation from You, ensuring that I stay positive and determined, I was and I am able to very smoothly follow instructions as guided.

I suppose it was the best decision of my life as I managed to reduce my weight from 98 kg to 78 kg i.e 20 kgs within 10 months.

Happiest feeling is about reducing my clothes size from 5XL to XL to L. I have started fitting into clothes that once felt impossible to fit in.

I remember how you wanted me to shed my laziness, thanks to your scoldings that I now feel healthy and very energised when I wake up and am very active to do lot of my work in a day.

My skin has improved and the best part is I get amazing compliments.

Today I realise the vision you had stressed upon - that you want weight loss but with improved fitness and health since I was having PCOD issues, which are completely sorted.

I truly accept that weight loss is just not a reduced digit on the weighing scale.

I am really thankful to you Hetal Dahrod, as under your guidance and support I was able to get a Healthy Lifestyle. Your diet and instructions have really helped me a lot in all the ways, as there were only a little changes here and there and sometimes it felt there’s way too much to eat.

Throughout my teenage, I had tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed, either because of inconsistencies and insincerity.

But I am glad that I met Hetal last year to guide me for my weight loss and health issues. With her guidance I learnt how to understand my food habits and how my body responds to various factors including the food I was eating and the lifestyle changes that I was taught to make.

Hetal did not put me on a strict diet , but introduced healthier foods into my diet.

She also showed me when and which exercises to include in my routine so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goals.

Through her program I stopped thinking about weight loss and began thinking about my health in totality.

Being a working professional, it was getting hard for me to manage my timings, and food choices. I was not proactive for my health, and laziness was an additional setback.

But I am glad that Hetal’s vision to improve all aspects of my health and routine, was a motivating factor to improve on many fields of my life.

To date, I am pleased to say that I have lost considerable weight and continue to lose more. I truly believe I would not have learnt everything I did and feel so good about reaching my goals without Hetal Dharod’s constant guidance. Her strictness but thoroughly supportive approach is bang on, she knows very well when to use the strictness and when to empathise. 😀

Making a healthy choice is a difficult decision however having made that choice only empowers one to be in control of oneself.

This weight loss programme that I did with Dt. Hetal was a conscious decision of getting onto the healthy side not only to look good but also to feel good and of course to wear all great dresses.

My motivation to start this programme was very high. There were apprehensions that accompanies anything new that one is trying hand at but the entire programme was designed in such a way by Dt. Hetal that it became easy and comfortable to embark on this journey.

The progress was gradual and gave good results. Following the diet pattern was not very difficult.It had its own highs and lows but it put me into a pattern and empowered me with the skill of making informed choices with my diet. Initially exercising was a task, it still is but now it is necessary for maintenance and I understand that. This entire programme has taught me that mindful eating and conscious efforts is the key to maintain the weight loss achieved.

This programme has instilled in me a new confidence and I feel much better when I can now choose dresses that I have always longed to wear.

A big thanks to Dt.Hetal for guiding me so aptly through the entire process which seemed effortless due to her constant guidance and follow ups.

My weight loss journey had many ups and downs. But Dr. Hetal always motivated me to reach my goal. I always had cravings for snack food which was pretty unhealthy and had hardly any nutrition in it. I never used to like vegetables much. But Dr. Hetal introduced me to variety of healthy food which can made a delightful nourishing snack.

She helped me change my perspective with respect to food which created many optimistic changes in my overall diet.

The diet not only helped me with my weight but also taught me many psychological factors.

Dr. Hetal has always been like a friend to me and she, at all times, readily hears out my problems and also helps me with the solution for the same.

Regardless of what’s going on her end, Dr. Dharod always attends my various queries on text as soon as possible and helps me out.

My being healthy journey with dietitian Hetal started way back in 2018.

It was me any my son together who wanted to do something about our eating habits and our weights too.

Today even after 3 years, I am so glad that I met Hetal who has not only made us achieve our respective weight loss targets , but also imbibed healthy lifestyle and eating habits so strongly.

My health issues got solved completely with the dietary advices and lifestyle changes.

Till date have been able to maintain weight and follow a very healthy lifestyle.

First of all thank you very much. Eating full meal was a dream for me till i consulted you. I was always scared of eating assuming that i will gain weight, but now i am enjoying 6 meals.

I mean, I feel like I am eating double than what I used to, and then also I lost weight and am maintaining it.

I never felt that I was on a diet.

From the day I joined you there always to guide me.

I know I was always anxious about my weight , and I remember how you would ask me to relax and be confident about the results.

10 kg weight loss is a good milestone to achieve , which I thought was impossible.

There were regular festival, holidays, marriage functions, get together, but I enjoyed all of them , with only a bit of instructions you asked me to follow. You were always a motivator.

One thing I understood is that it is always better to take professional help rather than doing diet by your own.

The best thing is that your diet is so adaptable that you can follow it for lifetime.... Thank you so much.

I thought of consulting a dietitian, because my leg pain was getting worse, with progressing age and increasing weight.

I still remember the first day I met Hetal and told her that I can't do without sandwich and chat items regularly, and I will not walk. I sounded pretty like "want to lose weight but I will eat what i want".

Inspite of my negative approach, Hetal explained and assured me very patiently.

Somehow I started the journey. And to my unbelievable surprise, I am now health wise, weight wise, energy wise, positivity wise at such a good level.

Losing 15 kg at the age of 67 years, that too with severe leg pain, was in itself remarkable.

This brought in a lot of good changes in my lifestyle, food habits, and I started getting very positive.

Hetal allowed me to eat all my favourite foods. And it was rather I who would then not want to indulge. All my unwillingness transformed into motivation, because I was feeling a huge difference already.

I engaged the services of Hetal and, unfortunately, my experience has been EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. She will give you big claims and take money in advance. *** **** ******** ** *** ** * **** **** ******* *** ******* ********* *** ***** ******* **** *** ****** If you ask her to change the plan, she will deflect it and remove some items from the old plan and give similar plan to you. She will never listen to your concerns and insist on plans that practically doesn’t help. If you complain, her only comeback will be you are not consistent.***** ** *** **** ** * ***** She will take money in advance and only give plans that don’t really work. At the start of the program, she will say that my follow ups and recalls are an extra service, n then if you don’t send her your daily updates she will come to the conclusion that the diet is not being followed. Basically, she is looking out for points, ******* ********** ** *** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** *** ** ***** ** ******* ********* *** ** ********* ***** hence I recommend potential clients exercise caution before choosing her.

In 2019 & 2020 I tried dieting , gym & fasting all by myself and failed serveral times , thus I came to you Hetal Dharod, at Being Healthy. Initially, when I started I felt it pretty tough to put up with the diet for 10 to 15 days .

However, with progressing follow ups and motivation from you, ensuring that I stay positive and determined, I was able to follow instructions as guided.

I suppose it was the best decision to go to a proper dietian as I managed to reduce my weight from 98.5 KG to 87 KG within 4 Months.

Happiest feeling is about reducing weight is I feel more energetic & less lethargic and it has significantly reduced pressure on my knees .
